1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

These Terms apply globally. For customers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected and take precedence where applicable.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained parental consent.


4. Products and Availability

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • limit quantities

  • discontinue products

  • refuse or cancel orders

Product images may differ from actual products.


5. Contract Formation

Orders placed through our online shop constitute an offer to purchase.

A contract is only formed upon:

  • shipment of the goods, or

  • explicit confirmation


6. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in our online shop are final prices.

For customers within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT.

For customers outside the European Union, prices may be displayed without VAT. Additional taxes, duties, or import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are charged separately and displayed during checkout.

Payment must be made immediately using available payment methods.


7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide, except to countries subject to legal restrictions or sanctions.

Products are manufactured in batches. Production time may take up to 8 weeks.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Total delivery time may be up to 11 weeks.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.


8. Risk of Loss

For customers within the European Union:
Risk passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.

For customers outside the European Union:
Risk transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.


9. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees must be borne and handled by the customer.

The customer is responsible for compliance with local import regulations.


10. Returns and Withdrawal

For customers within the European Union:
A statutory right of withdrawal applies.

For all customers worldwide:
We additionally offer a voluntary 30-day return policy.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are defective.

Returned goods must be in proper condition.

We reserve the right to deduct compensation for diminished value.


11. Warranty

For customers within the European Union:
Statutory warranty rights apply.

For customers outside the European Union:
We provide a limited warranty of 12 months from delivery.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

For customers outside the European Union:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

This does not apply where prohibited by law.


13. Limitation of Liability

For customers within the European Union:
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and personal injury.

For slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations.

For customers outside the European Union:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


14. Indemnification (Non-EU Customers)

Customers outside the European Union agree to indemnify and hold harmless doser.coffee UG from claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.


15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.


16. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services such as payment providers or shipping carriers.


17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.


18. Governing Law

German law applies.

For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country remain unaffected.


19. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an ODR platform:

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.


20. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.


21. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
