1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide.

Exceptions apply to countries subject to legal trade restrictions or sanctions.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are charged as a flat rate and displayed at checkout.

Germany:
€6.99 (DHL)

European Union:

  • DHL Standard: €15.99
  • DHL Express: €23.99

International (worldwide):

  • DHL Standard: €19.99
  • DHL Express: €44.95

United States:

  • DHL Express only: €44.95

3. Delivery Times

Production Time

Our products are manufactured in batches.
Production time may take up to 8 weeks.


Shipping Time

Germany & EU (DHL):

  • approx. 3–5 business days

International (DHL Express):

  • approx. 3–5 business days

International (DHL Standard):

  • up to 15 business days

Total Delivery Time

The total delivery time may therefore be up to 11 weeks (production time + shipping time).

Actual delivery time depends on batch availability and the selected shipping method.


4. Shipping Providers

Shipping is carried out via DHL or DHL Express.


5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information.


6. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply.

These charges must be borne and handled by the customer. The customer is also responsible for completing any required import procedures.

These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.


7. Partial Deliveries

Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for the customer.


8. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to production processes, high demand, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you accordingly where possible.


9. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for re-delivery.


10. Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes only upon delivery to the customer.
