Withdrawal and Return Policy

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Consumers residing in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

2. Voluntary Return Policy (Worldwide – 30 Days)

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods, applicable worldwide.

This allows you to return products even after the statutory withdrawal period has expired.

Note:
This voluntary return policy is granted in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them.


3. Returns and Return Shipping Costs

You must return the goods no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your withdrawal or return.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

This does not apply in cases of justified complaints (e.g., defective or incorrectly delivered goods). In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.


4. Condition of Goods and Compensation for Loss in Value

Returns under the voluntary return policy are generally only accepted for goods in proper condition.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

In cases of damaged, heavily used, or non-resalable goods, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation for the loss in value.


5. Exclusion or Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal and Return

The statutory right of withdrawal and the voluntary return policy do not apply, or may expire, in the following cases:

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery
  • Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized

6. Refunds

In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

For returns under the voluntary return policy, refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.


7. Warranty (Defective Goods)

If the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights.

For customers within the European Union, statutory warranty rights apply.

For customers outside the European Union, we provide a warranty period of twelve (12) months from delivery.
